Job Duties and Responsibilities

Provide dedicated support necessary to collect raw intelligence information in all languages utilized within the USCENTCOM AOR and provide interpretations of the collected information.

Demonstrate proficiency in the target language by achieving a minimum level 4/4 comprehension (or higher) proficiency according to the Interagency Roundtable (IRL) scale as measured by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT).

Provide personnel who are certified as an Arabic native speaker Level 5/5 comprehension rating who will provide translation support to senior military flag officers.

Typical products and activities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

· Translation support for executive level (general officer) meetings/foreign leaders

· Perform intelligence exchange activities with foreign governments

· Prepare document translation summaries and debriefing reports

· Monitoring television, print, and broadcast media sources

· Review documents, provide recommendations and/or other services regarding Middle Eastern customs, courtesies, and religions

· Translate collected information to and from the target language

· Provide briefings and other written reports/documents as required

The Operations, Intelligence, and Security Business Unit currently has an opening for a OSINT Instructor/Analyst at Ft Huachuca in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Employee will serve as the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) subject matter expert, gathering Open Source material from various U.S. Government offices and agencies. Employee will develop OSINT training in support of the Officer Education System (OES), the Joint Intelligence Combat Training Center (JICTC), United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), and external units and customers as required. The Employee will provide resident training to USAICoE courses as well as mobile training in support of pre-deployment preparation as directed. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee will serve as a member of the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) team supporting the 304th MI Bn and will be a subject matter expert on gathering Open Source material from various U.S. Government offices and agencies. We are seeking candidates who have all-source intelligence analysis experience, preferably within the CENTCOM AOR, and have had responsibility for drafting analytic products. Analysts must be willing to deploy Afghanistan for periods of 4 to 6 months and work in potentially austere conditions. Position Description
The European and African Command’s Regional Joint Intelligence Training Facility is based at RAF Molesworth, England, and provides a wide variety of intelligence-related training to EUCOM, AFRICOM, NATO and Partner Nation defense personnel. Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a qualified Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Instructor to support ever increasing requirements to provide basic and advanced OSINT analytical tradecraft courses to US and international partner nations. Position provides for relocation to the United Kingdom for a minimum of two years. Relocation Assistance Available.

Qualifications requirements
Applicants must have Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (8 yrs). Prior military intelligence and training experience, positions held at Open Source Center, Journalism, Think Tank, or Library research skills of great benefit. Down range experience of research support to military in Iraq or Afghanistan Area of Operations is a plus. Applicant must be a US Citizen and be clearable to TS/SCI. Applicants with current SSBI will be given preference. Security Clearance Required.
Applicant will be responsible for creating and delivering OSINT courses in support of USEUCOM and USAFRICOM to support US, NATO and partner nation training requirements. These courses vary from on-site formal classroom training to multi-week mobile training events.  Applicants will be required to work independently and efficiently while also being effective in a collaborative team environment. They must be capable of taking initiative in task and problem analysis to define training requirements, design and implement training plans of instruction, and provide high quality lectures and course materials.
Candidate must be considered a subject matter expert (SME) with experience reflecting expertise in OSINT research techniques. Ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of analytical tradecraft and the all source intelligence production cycle components. Independence and adaptability in mobile training environments required. Candidate must demonstrate advanced understanding of and ability to utilize all-source intelligence analysis methodologies, databases and applications. Needs to be able to understand and relay how to conduct effective OSINT exploitation techniques through research and data mining of foreign media and US research tools requirements associated with trend analysis applications. They will provide web analytics training with knowledge of computer network intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewall and IT network-based attack methodologies being desirable as well as facilitate instruction on how to analyze and compile data for reports including behavioral, social, search and email marketing.
